According to the media, when you’re a evangelical who screams that he cannot condone doing business with gays because “my beliefs don’t allow me to condone sin,” even when you cannot back up your “beliefs” with anything other than a personal opinion that gays are “wrong,” then society must have deep and thoughtful discussions on whether or not it’s wrong to force you to do business with gays because your rights are at risk.

But if you’re a liberal who says he cannot do business with a member of an unpopular conservative administration because he cannot condone things he views as evil and wrong, then you’re being “uncivil” and are threatening the very fabric of our society by not being accepting of “different points of view.” That to pick and choose who you’ll do business with is wrong and you’ve no right to turn those people away.
