Baldwin SHOULD face charges for that last fact alone, but you’re right, he’ll probably skate. Whoever was responsible for prepping that gun is going to be the fall guy for this tragic incident.

Fall guy? Whoever prepped that gun is responsible for what happened. Whether there are other people who should be treated as accessories is the issue.

(In this our modern world it may be time to stop loading guns at all, even with blanks, and to add the sounds in post-production. But I don’t know a thing about this….)
