So I’m watching the Eagles-Cowboys sports ball competition last night and the first half ends with the Cowboys going up 30-17 in the last minutes of the second quarter.

Having watched the Eagles most of my life, this one has the stank of a game about to go off the rails, so I switch over to Ken Burns’s country music doc.

This morning, I remember I don’t know how the game ended, so I ask Siri “What was the Eagles’ score?”

Verbatim response: “The Eagles were subjugated by the Cowboys last night, 51-26.”

Siri can’t get my partner’s name right after seven years of use (“It’s LORI. L-O-R-I!!! Not ‘Laurie’ you fucking idiot!”), but it’s got the “Humiliate the Eagles fans at all costs” tip down cold.

At least they made the playoffs…
