These are people who a) hate Obamacare for its name and b) have not read the legislation.

If Scott Walker fails to set up a state-run exchange, the federal government is authorized to step in and set one up for them. Just the sort of thing these wingnuts want to see, right?

I’m hoping a lot of the GOP governors pass on it, because they’d probably find a way to set it up all screwy.
