Israel concedes the Entire West Bank, in exchange of guarantee of protection for Israel and West Bank, with the area completely demilitarized, and having a buffer force, sort of like what is at the Suez Canal and in the Balkans, which would be stationed there for 50 or so years.

Because of Geographic separation, Gaza would either become part of Egypt, or a really loosely connected self-governing territory. And the Golan Heights would go back to the Levantine Superstate. Both of these would also be demilitarized with half-century buffer forces.

Not possible, not till the Arab states stop putting out hate propaganda against Israel. Nor would most of those states like to join with their neighbors. Their leaders would prefer to maintain their offices.
