Question about the Charlotteville driver - I’m reading on Twitter that this asshole was in the Army for four months. How does that even happen? Does that mean he washed out just after boot camp?

Washed out in basic training. Takes a bit of time to process the paperwork. My guess is he was “unable to adjust” to military discpline.
