OMG, he’s going to beat the Russia rap because “as a result of mental disease or defect he lacks substantial capacity to appreciate the criminality of his conduct”!

I truly do not expect that he will face any serious personal consequences other than being removed from office. That is the absolute best we can hope for in the current political and social climate
