Yeah, there were a couple of other Latino actors that had smaller roles, but I think you’re right about Bauer being the only Cuban in the film.

Yeah I hear ya. That’s definitely a fair point. I think were it made now that someone of Hispanic/Latino ancestry would have been definitely wanted for the role. And yeah see my point above about how Michael goes wanting to separate himself from his family name to ultimately I think proving to have a lot of the worst elements of his siblings and father but none of their best which resulted in their deaths being mourned while his is lonely and alone although two of his brothers died violent deaths.

If it were remade today, I think it’d be as different from the 80s version as it was from the original. Different location, different vice, different ethnic make up.
