The old Polaroid film—the B&W—used to come with an applicator in a tube with some kind of liquid protector or something that you brushed over the picture after you pulled it out of the camera and timed it on your wristwatch and pulled off the backing. I was telling someone about that and though he’s older than me, doesn’t think there was such a thing.
