It hasn’t passed the Kentucky House yet. But we are having special elections in March which may give the GOP control of the House so all the derp the Democrats have been killing for years can pass.

Even if it does pass, I can’t see how it wouldn’t be overturned in the courts.

These idiots need to be brought into the 21st Century already.
