The thing is guys they know that these rights apply to non-citizens. In fact, a lot of right wing celebrities are non-American citizens ala Milo.

But you’re forgetting one important thing.

Folks like Milo are WHITE. Therefore they get rights.

Folks like Rep. Jayapal aren’t. That automatically makes them lesser people and non-citizens to most folks, regardless of legal status.
