He’s leaving out the part that his biggest Brexit campaign promise (painted on the side of a bus that he drove around to his rallies and parked by the stage) was that if Brexit passed they’d put another £350 million a year into NHS.

The day after the vote, he said “oh, well, we didn’t really mean that”…
