Cohen probably brought suit because Trump is almost compelled to settle. He can’t have discovery into what he and Cohen discussed. No way.

Can Cohen refuse to settle and demand to carry the suit out, discovery included?

One thing I am considering is who Cohen is and what he was as a lawyer.

I’m thinking we have a lawyer that was hired as a bully and was pretty good at it and that is why Trump kept him around.

He hasn’t changed character, just now he is a pissed off bully lawyer that has decided he is going to go after his former client in the same nasty bully lawyer way.

Cohen may just become Donny’s biggest nightmare in more ways than Trump expected.

Michael Cohen is looking for paybacks alright. Money owned is not what he wants. He may want Trump’s head.
