What time is it supposed to arrive? And where is the tide at that point ?

High Tide was +5.8 at 8:06. We just went out and watched for about 10-15 minutes.

Here you can see the Harbor Patrol chasing a few gapers off the jetty around 8:10. Notice how high the tide is on the jetty.
