I doubt it, just because Roberts takes the long view. I’ll actually be surprised if it gets taken up at all, Thomas is the only conservative nearing retirement who might be eager to put his name on a decision totally inoculating Trump from all investigation. The others probably view the case as radioactive and would be wise not to touch it at all.
