Yeah, mainly on the fact that between October 2007 and January, 2008, polling among blacks shifted from being heavily in favor of Clinton to Obama, right after the Iowa caucus:

The stories I could find through October showed Clinton with a serious lead among blacks that they didn’t feel Obama could overcome.
