Dude. You got what is, I think, my third downding EVAH. However, since I don’t know your cultural background, I’ll play along and just treat your question straight.

It’s racist because it portrays the President of the United States as a subservient laborer. In the US, there is long history of people believing that blacks are only suited for menial jobs (such as shining shoes). By portraying Obama in such a role (which makes absolutely no sense other than as a portrayal of this stereotype) this picture is blatantly insulting. Because it is insultingly using an degrading racial stereotype, it is termed “racist.”

The logical key to this analysis is that there isn’t any alternate explanation. If, say, Obama had once been a shoeshiner, there would be a conceivable alternate explanation for this image. But he wasn’t. The PROOF that it is racist is the total absence of another view of its meaning. It ONLY makes sense as a racist portrayal.
