The Evangelicals are most concerned with getting a person in power to implement their agenda, and Trump has publicly described abortion providers as people who kill live babies.

He has come out against gay marriage, LGBT rights and the right for religions to discriminate.

They have only praise for him.

The Evangelical agenda isn’t their real objective, it is simply a contrived means to an end, the end being power. There is a lot of documentation for how Fundy leaders cooked up their anti-abortion position out of whole cloth after Roe v. Wade. The purpose was to replace racial segregation as a key unifying issue among conservative churches.
