Man, I’ve been a financial supporter of MN Public Radio for over 30 years (despite my dislike of National Public Radio), but the shit has really hit the fan at MPR over the coverup of sexual harassment and the firing of the only black DJ on their classical music station. Management is fucked up and the CEO of MPR’s parent company who is being forced to step down has been making 3/4 of a million dollars per year in salary. MPR has been very successful but it’s management has always been corporate in the worst ways. I just cancelled my membership. If I could support only their local news programing, I’d stay in but the rot is too widespread now.

MPR gets constantly referenced on the local NPR station in DFW, KERA.
