From what I can gather, the lunatic’s house and the house next door share a dirt road/driveway and he built the speed bump out of dirt. Which of course is stupid,it’s going to flatten out if you drive over it. So he fired at the neighbors who had their 6 month old grandchild in the car at the time because he was pissed about that. Charges were filed and he was due in court today actually. No one seems to know if the kidnapping had anything to do with the court date or if he just lost his shit again over something else.

WTF is wrong with this country that this keeps happening ALL THE TIME???

“He was due in court?” If he shot at somebody, his ass should be behind bars, no bail allowed.
