I saw something about that on the FB news feed and I think it’s incredibly dumb. Lots of people don’t put their hands over their hearts when the anthem plays. Just so incredibly stupid.

But when Hillary & Michelle Obama DO put their hand over heart - it is false - just playing to the crowd. Means nothing.
