A better long range plan would have been to attract non-white people in general and anyone with an IQ above room temperature, instead of alienating them. The GOP leadership (and I use that term very loosely) has basically handed the Democrats the fastest growing demographic (non-white people) on a silver platter, and succeeded only in attracting the dregs of the white people demographic, a dwindling resource.

if you let “those” people in, theyre gonna want a voice, and to participate, be precinct committeemen, hold offices, and have some power/leverage.
