Access being a term for someone with guts to use the access. Yeah, not an easy job!

Probably, but if you look over to the right, you can see the bigass extension ladder from the ladder truck and at least two more firefighters getting ready to carry people out.

I’m a retired firefighter and there’s a reason I didn’t even considered going for Firefighter III certification…that required climbing a ladder truck ladder like the one in the photo.
