Like I said above, they’re gonna bring in the Medical Examiner and get them to testify that they saw no evidence that Floyd was subjected to strangulation or asphyxiation. Then follow up by getting them to totally muddy the water by saying that he could have croaked from his underlying conditions. After that, all it will take is one asshole on the jury saying that he thinks the ME was right and it was just “bad luck” that Floyd happened to die while being restrained and the whole thing ends in a mistrial.

Sigh. The family is going to have to get its own pathologist to examine the body to determine cause of death. The ME in too many places is tied in with the police department and there to serve whatever the police demand from them.
