I imagine they would be depending on the extent of their influence. I searched for some kind of advisory for “Oath Keepers” and “Three Percenters” in the MIL sites and found nothing.

Active Duty Navy here. We still don’t have either flu shot available. At this rate, not sure how much help it will be. I have about a dozen folks with various versions of the flu right now (out of 340).
