Could be. Depending on the area, they may all just have hated the man’s guts. The mentally ill have no reason to care for Reagan. Or, maybe they hear all political speeches like this, which wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest. What I doubt is that this can stand as some sort of proof of Reagan’s special sneakisnakeness.

Aphasics aren’t necessarily mentally ill. My dad was from a stroke. So, we don’t really know enough to draw meaningful conclusions.
