When I keep reading on the RWNJs sites things like “I’ll NEVER have Obamacare”, I really think that some of these people truely believe that the exchanges are the ONLY way to purchase (or obtain) insurance.

Yeah, there’s only two options: Pay the fine or purchase a qualifying policy. Scratch that, three options, but I’m not sure that most are willing to go to jail for refusal to pay the fine.
