There was an actual time when Otis Chandler insisted on telling the truth in the Los Angeles Times. Then they gave him the boot and kicked him out in the mid 80s.

Since Otis got the boot, this is what I expect to see from a Republican propaganda rag whose emblem for years was supporting “True Industrial Freedom”, i.e. no labor unions…

I quit reading the Lies Angeles Times after they joined forces with the Screw York Times and Washington Post to attack Gary Webb and lie about North and the Neocons flooding South Central Los Angeles with Contra Cocaine.

They destroyed the man who exposed it—Gary Webb and they drove him to suicide.

That’s when I began to turn on the liars in the mainstream press and when they endlessly kissed Slappy Thomas’ ass to get that crook on the Court that’s when I realized they’re all cogs in the Republican Bullshit Machine.
