I’m just not seeing it. But as I say, I need to be half full glass to keep me going so I admit my perception is a little skewed. I’m seeing a weak Trump going into 2020.

he’s underwater in a lot of states he won in 2016
he’s lost ground but is still floating in other states (ie texas)

and he’s made no headway in any close / clinton state
