If I were doing this gig, I would be snapping a photo of every dropped off item on a person’s porch, so I’d have some proof of delivery.

Amazon does that. I get notifications of delivery that include a picture of the packages on the porch.

Of course, the one time the photo sent me was the package on the wrong stoop.
