As a woodworker I would like to just interject a word of caution…..do not, I repeat….do not burn exotic woods that you are not familiar with or are not specifically for cooking. There are many woods in the world that have very toxic oils in them.

What’s your stand on burning the midnight oil and is it OK to burn the candle at both ends?
