BTW Beck is an adult Mormon (LDS) Convert and he does not speak for the Church. There is a great deal of diverse thought in the LDS Church politically. We have our uber-cons, uber-libs, birchers and nirthers and every thing in between.

Thank you Cato the Elder for at least recognizing the Christian influence in our doctrines. We can’t seem to get some “Christians” to understand we read the bible too. ;-)

But why was it not good enough to stick with, rather than write a new addendum that bear little resemblance to it?
