Sorry, moonbat. Terrorist leaders do not need to be notified before killed overseas while plotting terrorist attacks.
I’ll be taking a closer look at his opponents next election.

There is a difference between sending a terrorist suspect a helpful note saying “We’ve put you on the list, if you use your cell phone you’ll die.” and setting forth the general policies under which people can be put on the kill list.

As indicated upthread, “the bastard had it coming” is an unsatisfactory legal standard.
