How could I be arguing with a putatively-educated (PhD) person in Cheyenne’s Olive Garden Wednesday (over my high school education) that the ACA is not insurance, that climate change has been established as most likely caused by humans and will continue, &c?

Facts discovered through scientific enquiry should be simply facts, not political footballs. Is political ideology so strong that it can overrun reality?
