I blame overly privileged, middle class white flight suburban Reaganaut Gen-X kids with a sense of entitlement.

I also blame the decline of sportsmanship and a decades long derision of the concepts of empathy and compassion being the province of quiche-eating liberal will losers like Alan Alda or Phil Donahue.
