I’ve made a few…with and without yeast…and none of them are very good. They make sandwiches and stuff just fine, but the taste is never bread-like.
My expectations are not really high, but willing to give a few recipes a try and see what comes out and if it’s an acceptable substitute that I can toast and eat with eggs or as a sandwich base. (This recipe is not using yeast - vinegar/baking soda and also using eggs as a leavening agent I believe.)
