Think about it, secessionists…these are the things you will be responsible for recreating from scratch should we be so kind as to let you have your wish:
Medicare (you know you don’t want to secede from that!)
Social Security (ditto)
All of those military bases (Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard) that currently employ a good number of you and support their surrounding communities.
Your own currency…but even your current Governor (and rally secessionist) Rick Perry won’t want his face on your 3 Armadillo Bill (sorry, the ‘dollar’ is taken)
Border enforcement - say good-bye to your existing Boder Patrol. For Texas, they’ll be just north of you in Oklahoma keeping your fat asses from riding your Lark scooters around the fence.
EPA - oh, you don’t care about that…drill baby drill.
and oh, so much more…
