Could have sworn there was something called the Scopes Trial in 1925. Sad thing, we still have people walking on Earth refusing to accept the science and living in a mental state not even worthy of the early part of the 20th century. It’s not just a refusal to accept evolution either and includes the refusal to accept geology, plate tectonics, radio carbon dating, astronomical dating of stars, lights, etc. They believe the Earth came about in an almost cartoon version of Adam and Even and Noah and his ark.

Hold on there Gus, they are perfectly OK with the part of science that originated DNA testing to solve crimes.
