That’s obviously not meant for every person who supported Sanders but Ellision lost legitimately as did Sanders. I mean for fuck sake, it was a close race and Ellision far from being shut off is Perez’s vice chair. But yeah the Democrats sure are “ignoring” the Sanders supporters even though the last platform was the most progressive ever. For a movement who insists it’s not about the candidate, it’s definitely about the candidate. Sorry the Democratic Party isn’t going to revolve around a 75 year old who has no desire to actually join it. And it shouldn’t revolve around any individual. Our responses last night were from a former governor of Kentucky and an immigrant. Their voices mean just as much as Bernie’s if not more so to the party since they’re gasp actually members. If Sanders wants to actually join the Democrats, maybe I’d be more sympathetic to the idea that he’s being “censored” by the Dems but he wants it both ways. He wants to champion Dem accomplishments i.e. debate with Cruz on the merits of ACA but then shit on the Dems when the media needs someone to attack the Dems.
