That was the second call I got that was from a number that was unknown. My cell number must be a bathroom wall somewhere in the middle of PA.

War dialer. My partners phone is one digit less than mine. She’ll get a call from an unknown number and a few minutes later I’ll get one. We don’t answer and let it go to voice mail. If they don’t leave a message they get blocked. Even if they do leave a message 99% of them still get blocked.
