oh, indeed yes there is a comparison: the issue is not whether or not the people of iraq would have been able to get rid of saddam, it’s about other nations violating the independence of another sovereign nation

i put it to you directly: can you, as a citizen of the United States of America, imagine a scenario where you would welcome another nation coming in here and taking control of the affairs of this nation and telling us what kind of government we should or shouldn’t be choosing?
