Got my truck to stop leaking hot water into the cab (heater core died after only 47 years)…for only $5.46 - a piece of hose and two clamps…no leaking! And feeling that warm water surging back around made me feel good about my temporary solution

And that valve you see on the hose…frozen open. Will have to figure out a replacement for that to connect to the heat control in the cab.
