All I can think is that Elon really, REALLY liked the opening sequence to “Heavy Metal” so many years ago.

Of course … so did I.

Yep…..he’s only a couple of years younger than me so I figure he probably saw Heavy Metal in his teenage years and said to himself, “You know, that would be totally wicked cool to do in real life” and then he did it.
