The Court MUST be expanded from 9 to 15.

We need to elect a Democratic President and Senate first. Then a serious investigation of Kavanaugh’s financial history by a Democratic AG would likely be enough to persuade him to leave the court; that’s all that is needed. We will then have the majority and can proceed from there.
