Yes I had. The cube’s a great intro for 3d printing. Its downsides are single filament and only a 5.5” cube printing area.

If you can afford it, go ahead and buy a CubeX. It’ll run you two to three times as much. The big differences are:
1) size. The volume is larger - enough to print a full scale model of a professional basketball, with a little room to spare.
2) color [option]. The cubex can have three print heads each with its own cartridge which in turn means you can make a three-color object.
3) material. Right now the cube is ABS only. The Cubex will do ABS and PLA. btw you can also do multimaterial.

Both allow you to feed the sliced file over a wireless connection, wired connection, or off a USB stick.

I’m not looking at getting one anytime soon, maybe in a few years.
