The fact that they’re (presuming its true, I’m not certain either, but have heard that it includes some things you wouldn’t see in a federal law) trying to guilt the federal government into doing their job is a hint that something’s amiss.

Good governance isn’t remaking laws that already exist.

Note what I said :p “emotional reasoning”. Their reasoning is what I find truly problematic.
