And I told you that making a gun dealer liable for criminal actions done with a gun he sold will effectively be a defacto ban because no insurance company will open themselves to that sort of liability. Right now, the laws in place are serving as an effective deterrent, better to focus on those who aren’t under the microscope, the ones selling their guns at the flea market based upon nothing more than a handshake.
