Banks can’t lose that many people for even two months, let alone three years.

And that’s actually serious. Banks operate on models put together by applied math people…and they DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE MODELS.

Requirements can be fazed in, and ultimately if banks not understanding their own models isn’t really acceptable.
