I’m not really of the Left, though I consider myself a center-left libertarian, so I can’t speak to that particularly. I really liked Obama, he was the first Democrat to earn my vote for president. But I never had much fondness for Hillary Clinton, it’s a “feel” thing more than a “logic” thing.

Hillary suffers from having been born when she was.

Her generation of women really had to walk a fine line. You had to be smarter than the boys but never show it. You couldn’t show too much emotion. You had to take a lot of shit, to show you were ‘one of the boys’. You couldn’t dress, or even BE too feminine, or they wouldn’t take you seriously but if you weren’t feminine ENOUGH, they’d write you off as a Lesbian.

Everyone bitches about her being cold and unemotional, but the moment she lets her guard down she gets pounced on. No wonder she’s reserved, maybe a little aloof in her interactions with strangers.
