That’s my worry too. It’s not about Trump being re-elected. I’m actually fairly optimistic on the front but I worry about the long term damage of his policy decisions and incompetence.

I have not seen anything that would lead me to believe he will lose in 2020. Even if you think I’m wrong, I would not be quite so optimistic if I were you. Even if he were to somehow lose the 2020 election, or not run, the hearts and souls of the American people still belong to FOX and the far right. The most powerful institutions in the country jump when the American fascists say to, and the nation’s governing bodies do the same. At the moment, the court system is not completely overtaken, but that will probably happen in the next three years.
